Jacques Fath velvet felt cap in steel blue with a large flower with sequins and beads on the side.
Designed by Jacques Fath, produced in France and sold by Mandel Brothers in Chicago.

A beautiful 1930s/1940s hat.
The hat is in great condition but the velvet felt on top has some wear.
