In good condition. The hem has been laid out, which has created holes in the skirt where the fabric used to be folded, approximately 5 cm from the bottom. When you put the hem back again, the holes are invisible. The holes are not noticeable when wearing, only if you hold it up to the light. The fabric is pilled here and there and there is a pick-up in the front near the wrap (visible in the photo). The price has been adjusted accordingly. This is a vintage item.
